04Advisory Engagements

Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Any aircraft acquisition, sales, management, or charter advisory engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, including how Captain Curt is compensated, which is disclosed in writing before any engagement begins.

05Charter Arrangements

Captain Curt does not own or operate aircraft and is not an air carrier. Charter flights arranged through Captain Curt are operated by independent, FAA-certificated Part 135 operators, which maintain operational control of each flight. Empty leg availability is subject to the operator's schedule and may change or be canceled without notice.

06SMS and Email Communications

By providing your email or phone number through our forms and opting in, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Captain Curt, including responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and aircraft opportunities. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time:
